Pricing
You pay from capital we actually recover — never from budget. Pick one of three engagement models below; every engagement starts with a free recovery audit.
Industry license audits consistently find 18–30% of provisioned seats go unused — roughly $30k a year for a 200-person company, and $120k+ at 500 employees. Our fee comes out of what we actually recover; you keep the rest.
Works with the HR stack you already run
Start with a free 20-minute recovery audit
We size your license leak from your HR and SaaS stack, then recommend the model that fits. No card required.
Tier 1 — Success Fee
Best if you want a single settlement after a large recovery sweep.
- One-time fee, charged when your engagement agreement is executed
- 25% of the total capital we recover, computed from your own verified ledger
- Hard cap of $150,000 — no further Tier 1 fees once reached
Invoiced from your verified recovery ledger — never card-charged upfront.
Tier 2 — Pay As You Recover
Best if recovery ramps gradually and you want fees to track it.
- Charged monthly, only on what that month actually recovers
- Zero fee in months with zero recovered capital
- Line by line in your billing ledger — no estimates
Invoiced from your verified recovery ledger — never card-charged upfront.
Tier 3 — Flat Rate
Best if your finance team needs one predictable number.
- Fixed monthly fee — never scales with recovery size
- Month 1 is covered by your recovery audit; billing starts in month 2
- Secure recurring checkout — cancel anytime
Why 10%? It's sized so a typical recovery ramp covers the platform cost within about a quarter — and it only ever comes out of money that was already being wasted.
Pricing questions, answered
The same questions every finance team asks before signing — answered plainly.
The three models are alternatives — you choose one when you sign the Master Engagement Agreement, which is executed in-app before any recovery numbers are generated. Tier 1 and Tier 2 fees are computed server-side from your own deprovisioning ledger — they can't be edited or overcharged.
